 Nearing the date of the convention there will be a “pickup at FMGCon” shipping option added for all orders placed through the I Will Never Grow Up Games Web Store.

If your company would like to be considered as a vendor at this or future conventions, please read the following information carefully and fill out this vendor application form.



If you would like to purchase a vendors booth at the Field Marshal Gaming Convention fill out the application below.  Space is extremely limited and will be based on a first come, first served (with some qualifications) basis.  All applications will be reviewed and those that are accepted will be contacted in advance of the convention. 

Vendors MUST be registered 8 WEEKS PRIOR TO THE CONVENTION to be considered.
Space is extremely limited!
Only those vendors who are chosen to participate will be contacted by EMAIL, no later than 6 weeks prior to the convention
Once confirmed you will be sent an  invoice for your booth registration.
Your booth will not be reserved until the invoice has been paid in full.

8 foot wide x 6 foot deep Vendor Booth – $100

  • Additional space, if required, may be negotiated.
  • Additional booth staff must purchase an FMGCon Guest Pass separately.
  • Booth Size is approximate and subject to change.

  • Vendor booth space is available in 8 ft wide x 6 ft deep sections (approximate size)
  • Each section comes supplied with one table (6ft x 2.5 ft), 2 chairs and a table covering
  • Extra tables and booth materials are to be provided by the vendor at vendor’s expense and must be approved by FMGCon ahead of the event
  • Each booth purchased includes ONE FMGCon Vendor Pass
  • Additional staff will require a separate FMGCon Vendor Pass (Purchased separately – Contact FMGCon for more information)
  • Space is extremely limited!
  • Vendors will be contacted 6 weeks prior to the convention date to confirm attendance
  • Vending will be open from 9 AM to 6 PM each day ONLY.
  • Vendor booths are to be closed outside of these times (Take some time to enjoy a few games!)
  • Please make every attempt to be set up prior to and available during vending hours so as not to disrupt the convention guests.
  • If you require assistance with set-up or tear-down please contact us at ahead of time to arrange for help from FMGCon staff
  • FMGCon, the committee, volunteers, staff members and host facilities bear no responsibility for vendors wares and/or booth materials

Vendors and publishers are free to offer game demos at their booth, however, if you have a game in development, on Kickstarter or otherwise in pre-release and are looking for space to play test and / or demo your game, please contact us to request space or fill out an Event Application Form to reserve a spot at a gaming table.
